Some duos in the world of cinema are immortal — and, even more surprisingly, always relevant. No matter the decade, Brad Pitt and David Fincher have continued to amaze fans, starting with Se7en in 1995, when the actor and director first met and created a massive thriller hit, followed by Fight Club in 1999.

In 2005, Fincher directed a Heineken beer commercial starring Pitt, which spread worldwide and became legendary twenty years later.

In 2008 the duo made the beloved fantasy drama The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which may well become a cult classic in the future.

And recently it was revealed that Fincher will direct a spinoff about Cliff Booth from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, written by Quentin Tarantino himself.

Photos from the set have already surfaced online, showing an older Cliff standing on the street in a yellow Hawaiian shirt.

For now, however, the plot and details of the film remain under wraps. The events will most likely take place seven years after Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and will tell the story of the adventures of the stuntman who won over audiences everywhere.
And what’s your favorite Pitt and Fincher project?
