Recently, I visited Rome. I was dazzled by its grandeur and the beauty of the masterpieces created by people long ago. Millions of tourists from all over the world come to see these creations! Standing near the Colosseum, I thought… what are we creating now?

I have never cared about the opinion of the crowd. If the crowd is going in one direction, I go in another. It’s not just that I have learned to do this; I can’t do it any other way. Even now, I realize that people are stopping reading long articles, replacing them with the “dry residue”, squeezed and formed into five “important sentences” about what they should do with their lives. Nevertheless, I still strive to write quality, substantial articles so that readers can ponder and draw their own conclusions.
I understand that people want to receive answers to their questions about parenting, building relationships with partners, and obtaining any information through short videos. We want to get an answer within 30 seconds on how to live our lives! If you think about it, it’s absurd! But there isn’t time to think, as these 30-second videos garner the most views. We watch them in dozens, even hundreds, throughout the day!
To capture someone’s attention for a 20-minute video, something incredible must be done! But in these videos, quality material is gathered! It’s there that one can find answers, reflect, analyze, and draw personal conclusions rather than accepting those of others!
I wonder: what nonsense is this—view counts! Whether a video “takes off” or not. Why have we been conditioned to care about this? How did it happen?
Gradually! Gradually replacing truth with counterfeit. In creating something, people don’t think about the creation itself but about what “clicks”, what “people consume”. They create something to satisfy the crowd!
But this is not how the masterpieces of Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and other sculptors, architects, artists, composers, musicians, and singers were created. They created what was deep within their being; they worked to bring it to the surface, dedicating themselves to the process with all their heart. That’s why their masterpieces remain in demand to this day!

Such masterpieces left an indelible impression on me in Rome! And despite the fleeting trends, I will continue to do my work! To write and produce quality material! And to talk about important things for more than just one minute.
STAY DEEP, FRIENDS!
