“Intuition is a sacred gift, and mind is its humble servant” (A. Einstein)
For a long time, the study of intuition remained the domain of magicians, theologians and philosophers, who associated it with divine revelation.
For example, Plato spoke of two types of knowledge:
1. diexodlikos logos (good reason) – knowledge through logical inference
2. epivoli (fulfillment) – insight, intuition.
Nowadays, there are many studies that prove the real existence of the sixth sense. The psychology of intuition does not contain any magic. Thus, psychologist Daniel Kahneman, who received the Nobel Prize in Economics, says in his works that intuition is the ability to automatically generate decisions without lengthy logical reasoning or evidence.
Every person has intuition, but not everyone is able to read its messages. Intuition is unconditional knowledge, knowledge, which comes as a given without emotions. You just know and that’s it!
AND AT THE SAME TIME INTUITION USES YOUR KNOWLEDGE TO FORM A MESSAGE
If you study, for example, chemistry, then you will be able to “read” messages from intuition, but if you do not have knowledge in this area, then you will not be able to recognize them. The periodic table of chemical elements appeared in Mendeleev’s dream, because he was a chemist. We will not be able to read a message if we do not understand its language. In order to receive information from intuition, it is necessary to already have a lot of knowledge on a particular topic.

Intuitive messages can come in the form of “Insight” — an act of higher creativity, when the Soul speaks to the mind, as well as in the form of Signs of the Universe — coincidences of three or more unlikely events. But to be able to notice such coincidences, you need to be extremely attentive to yourself, your feelings and states.
Everyone has heard, for example, about how some passengers were late for a plane that crashed. A coincidence? No, it was their intuition that manifested itself in such a way that the person’s body “organized,” for example, such a deep sleep so as not to hear the alarm clock or forget the tickets in order to return, confuse the departure date, etc.
Through which parts of the body does the connection with intuition occur? Perhaps you have heard such figurative expressions as “I feel it in my gut,” “I feel it in my heart”? Well, these expressions are not so much metaphorical as literal. We are talking about the visceral brain, which has many connections in the region of the abdomen and heart and always communicates its attitude to the brain regarding its ideas.

In general, every part of our body can speak to us in the language of intuition, if we are trained to read these messages.
Where does intuition come from? From the unconscious, namely from the part that relates to instincts, talents, the information field.

Instinct is a vector of vital energy. It is always positive, being the order of the mind of nature. The instincts of self-preservation, growth and development are directly related to intuition. When we are attentive to our feelings, we perform optimal actions in life situations, but when we turn only to logic, ignoring bodily impulses, then we muffle the ability to read bodily clues from the internal “navigator”.
Every person is talented in something, and from the birth. And talent always wants to be realized. Through intuition, it communicates the direction of movement along the path of life. If you do not hear your intuition, then it is possible that you are not only inattentive to your bodily sensations, but there is also a possibility that you are doing the wrong thing.
Intuition “takes” information from the field — the space in which it is created, moved and consumed. This means that any knowledge is available to intuition, of course, provided, as mentioned above, that the person is knowledgeable in this “topic”.
What prevents you from hearing intuition:
✔️ Mistrust of consciousness in intuition
Consciousness forms a decision based on logic, forecasting, evaluation, benefits and costs. But using only the conscious part of thinking, we limit access to a huge part of information, since the unconscious occupies the largest part.

You need to learn to trust your intuition and act immediately, before emotions kick in and a state of anxiety arises.
✔️ Anxiety
Anxiety arises when there is not enough information and is a state of searching for threats, which is the flip side of interest. Therefore, you need to make decisions based on intuition and look for opportunities and ways to achieve your goal. And the anxiety will subside.
✔️ Emotions
Emotions are part of the thought process. Emotions scream, and intuition whispers. A scream is always louder than a whisper. Intuition is heard in a state of inner peace. A message from intuition comes before an emotional response to it appears. Emotions appear when the conscious mind turns on with its question “how will I get/do this?”.
If you ignore this question and redirect your attention to your feelings, then the hints from intuition will continue and the answer will appear in the process of activity.
✔️ Underdeveloped instincts
Instinct (from the Latin instinctus – impulse) is a set of innate needs and innate programs for satisfying them. Intuition awakens when instincts begin to dominate in the core of the personality and prevail over social settings, stereotypes and attitudes. In other words, when a person’s thinking is not “clogged” with suggestions from society that “this is not allowed/this is impossible/this will be condemned/this will be laughed at/this is not accepted, etc.”, it is easier to feel a creative impulse, and as a result, the courage to follow your heart appears.
Intuition can and should be developed, because it is your faithful servant: the more you trust it, the better it works for you.
How to develop intuition?
Train the sensitivity of the body, learn to “see without the help of the eyes”. The more attentive you are to your feelings, to the manifestations of the slightest bodily impulses, the more you realize what and how you feel in response to what is happening, the more attentive you are to how the external space responds to your state, the stronger the contact with your intuition, the more often you can use these internal radars to improve the quality of your life and the people around you.
The ability to hear your intuition gives you the opportunity to see the invisible, to look around the corner, to live in a world of causes, not effects.
