It seems like a cliche, but I decided to title the article this way. I'm writing it at the beginning of 2026, because usually on the very first days of the year we dream of something new, wish for more than we managed to achieve last year, and hope that the new year will be happier and more successful.

Any adult has the opportunity to choose the lifestyle to live. At a certain point, we realize something is missing in our life and we start looking for that something… This is how we find our hobby, that is the type of activity not professional for us, in which we are amateurs, and it brings us pleasure. Engaging in such a hobby for a certain period of time, we become more confident, acquiring professional skills in this kind of activity. This can apply to any of our hobbies, but here we will be talking about dancing.

Travel isn’t just about rest and new impressions; it’s also an opportunity to improve brain function. Modern research shows that trips stimulate brain development and help people become more energetic and goal-oriented.

By keenly observing human behavior, studying various psychological concepts and approaches, and testing them first on myself, I have formulated for myself a few postulates that make life easier and stop me from swimming upstream against its current. I’m not saying that everyone should live exactly by these rules – it’s important to pick or create your own personal ones. Yes, that’s possible!

Perhaps you have noticed that many important events in a person’s life — decisions, meetings, gifts of fate, and acquaintances — happen by chance. Reflect on your own life and, in your view, what has happened by chance. Perhaps you happened to meet someone by chance, and that person later played a significant role in your fate. Perhaps you didn’t know the answer to a question when you took the exam, and then happened to answer it correctly. Perhaps you made a decision by chance, made a choice by accident, or spoke words by chance that positively influenced the course of events.

Such a fabulous state — when you are confident in the Lord and confident in yourself, in your power and in your way; when the heart and soul are in a constant state of gratitude to the Lord for this way, to people for their love and support, to yourself for keeping following the way laid out by the Lord and enjoying this path, without paying attention to what you are supposed to overcome.

It is not by accident that the word "Professional" is written with a capital letter in the title of the article. I wanted to strengthen this word with a capital letter, and pay respect to people who do their work professionally.

I love this phrase a lot and I constantly get convinced of its power! Why did I choose that topic for a new article? Probably because I do want every single woman to be happy! Sounds cliché? Maybe. But it is true! I have always wanted that. I wanted to be happy and always did everything for it. I wanted the women around me to be happy, and I always tried to make their lives a little happier. And it always works!
