The modern world is full of information. It “falls” on us from all sorts of sources, captivates our attention, taking it away from ourselves. How can we not lose ourselves in the labyrinths of new concepts growing in the information field like mushrooms after rain?

What to believe?

Is it true?

Why does one concept contradict another? Which one is correct?

Almost every one of us asks ourselves these questions.

Every day we can observe how zealously a representative of one or another worldview exalts “his own”, and no less often this happens at the expense of “attacking” “someone else’s”. Who is right? Personally, I believe that everyone is right. After all, our psyche is structured in such a way that it finds what it is looking for, and it is looking for what it is convinced of or wants to be convinced of.

How can we choose our own from the many options offered by the information world?

I would like to offer you one criterion that maximally clears your choice from the influence of external influence. This is the criterion of “personal power”. What is its essence? When information comes to you from the outside world, ask yourself the question: “Does this knowledge make me stronger or weaker?

And the main thing here is to compare the answer you receive from the “mind” with the bodily answer. We can skillfully “fool the brain”, but we cannot deceive the body. Our body always tells the truth about what we feel.

The answer from the body “YES” is a feeling of a physical surge of strength, a feeling of expansion (the shoulders straighten, the chest opens, breathing is free, deep).

The bodily answer “NO” is felt in the body as compression, reduction, curling, a feeling of powerlessness.

Right now, try to say the word “YES” out loud and notice what bodily sensations you have.

And then say “NO” and again transfer your attention to the body. Have the sensations changed?

Most likely, you felt the difference, although these were just words without regard to the context.

Now you can turn on any video and ask yourself: “Does what I see make me stronger?”

You will find the answer in your bodily sensations.

You can pass any information through the bodily “strength test” to choose the one that makes you stronger. Just do not confuse “stronger” and “more aggressive”. The feeling of strength, unlike the feeling of aggression (anger), does not cause tension in the body.

The bodily “strength test” can be applied not only to external l, but also to internal information. “Does this thought make me stronger or weaker?” – this question will allow you to choose your mental constructs (mental constructs include all mental activity of thinking).

When communicating with people, ask yourself: “Does this communication strengthen or weaken me?” Remember that the answer must be felt physically.

You can always turn communication into a channel of strength, for example, by changing the topic of conversation. And your body is a “prompter” that will always tell you where to go to become stronger. But in order to hear the hint, you need to address it (feel) (to the body). The more often you address yourself, your feelings and sensations, the “clearer” and “brighter” the answers you receive from the body and the stronger you become.

Imagine that the method of presenting information is a “buffet”.

AND ONLY YOU CHOOSE WHAT IS “TASTY” TO YOU, WHAT NOURISHES YOU WITH STRENGTH, AND THE BODY WILL HELP YOU.
