Universal Studios surprised everyone when it released the trailer for Michael — a film about the life and career of global pop icon Michael Jackson, whose music conquered the hearts of millions in the last century and continues to do so today.
The lead role is played by young singer and actor Jaafar Jackson, who happens to be Michael Jackson’s real-life nephew. The film also features Miles Teller in a supporting role and is directed by Antoine Fuqua.
The movie is set to be both a musical and a drama, and judging by the trailer, some of the star’s most iconic music video moments will be recreated on screen.
Michael hits cinemas on April 24 — don’t miss it, and get ready to listen to the timeless hits of a legend unlike any other.
