The trailer for Roofman has just been released. Starring Channing Tatum appears slimmer, in great athletic shape and, as always, incredibly funny. The film tells the story of Jeff, a kind-hearted and harmless burglar trying to sort out his personal life.
The movie also stars Peter Dinklage, Kirsten Dunst, Juno Temple and LaKeith Stanfield, with Derek Cianfrance directing (The Place Beyond the Pines).
Feel-good comedies are a rare sight these days, and even when they do come out, they’re not always as good as the classics — let alone box office hits.
However, Channing Tatum remains one of the biggest comedy stars of the 2010s (21 Jump Street with Jonah Hill, for instance). With such an amazing cast, witty humor, and a heartwarming story, this film has every chance of becoming a box-office success.
The movie premiered last week, and we can’t wait to see so many familiar faces back on screen!
