Any adult has the opportunity to choose the lifestyle to live. At a certain point, we realize something is missing in our life and we start looking for that something… This is how we find our hobby, that is the type of activity not professional for us, in which we are amateurs, and it brings us pleasure. Engaging in such a hobby for a certain period of time, we become more confident, acquiring professional skills in this kind of activity. This can apply to any of our hobbies, but here we will be talking about dancing.

Dancing is a special world

This is a world of both sports and art.

This world is so diverse that once you immerge into it, you won’t be able to give it up.
Many articles in different languages have been written about the benefits of dancing, but I will tell you about those I personally notice while dancing as an amateur.

So, dancing is the life!

Dancing, we feel alive and happy! Like any physical exercise, dancing increases the production of hormones — dopamine and endorphin, that brings us pleasure and improves our mood.

Dancing is a sort of aesthetic pleasure.

Watching how we soar around the floor, dancing whether a Viennese waltz or a rumba, the beauty of our movements attracts the eye, attracts attention and leads to that very aesthetic pleasure.

Dancing is mental work.

During the lesson, it is necessary to remember various elements, coordinate movements between different parts of your body, combine all dancing elements, creating a dance choreography.

And that’s not all! It’s also necessary to control your body and emotions, dancing different types of dances, from rumba to paso doble.

No need to say all that has a beneficial effect on our brain activity, improving the memory, and gives our brain the opportunity to be constantly active.

Dance classes for adults are a great way to maintain youth and beauty.

Partner dancing classes are an opportunity to improve interaction with a partner.

Of course, dancing is hugging! Moreover, as we know, hugs promote production of the hormone oxytocin, which makes us happy, of course. Practicing ballroom or Latin American program, you interact with your partner, and this practice helps you achieve success not only in dancing, but also in life — in relationships with your partners, friends, children or parents.

When you start dancing with a new partner, first of all, you learn to trust each other. Your progress in dancing depends on the level of trust. It’s important not to delay this process if you want to achieve a decent result.

Of course, you need to feel your partner, like in your real life, and not to isolate from him, but the opposite — build a bridge of that very trust, and your relationship in dance will change for the better afterwards.

Having created trust with each other, you plunge into the dance world with no limits! Yes, of course, there are certain requirements and rules, developed by the International Dance Sport Association, but knowing and respecting them, you can expand your combinations, create and invent new steps, enjoy both the process and the result.

The most wonderful thing is that this process is endless. It cannot end, because, listening to different melodies, you can create completely new compositions in dances, and this is where incredible creativity lies. It also promotes production of the hormone serotonin, which makes us feel happy again!

Dance is a sport.

When you practice ballroom dancing with a partner, you can perform in PRO-AM competitions. Thus, you can dance with a goal, by choosing which tournament to perform in, you get ready for it with a teacher and partner to reach a new level!

So, no matter how old you are and what your dance level is, you can set goals and achieve them, receiving recognition, earning medals and making your life brighter.

Dancing is a community of bright, creative, athletic and cheerful people.

Сertainly, you can be surrounded by professionals from whom you can learn, as well as amateurs for whom, like you, dancing is a hobby; after joining this community, you meet new interesting people who are successful in some fields of their professional activity, but what unites you with them is actually dancing.

Dancing is constant positivity.

No matter how active or difficult your lesson is, you get tired, but it is so-called noble fatigue, that gives you extraordinary satisfaction. You quickly recover physically and want to repeat the dance moves and feel the emotions that you received earlier again.

Dance is beauty in all its manifestations!

Starting from the entrance to the dance floor and ending with the beauty of the couple’s dance itself. It’s the beauty of the dancers’ outfits, their clear and coordinated movements, their smiles and professionalism and that very unity in dance that you can watch infinitely!
Let the dance whirlwind into your life, attracting, enchanting and intriguing.

Let your inner talents, that are still hidden deep, open up thanks to dancing and begin to shine with bright colours, enriching your life and making it more diverse.

And let dancing become your lifestyle.
