A person plunges into a semblance of sleep, and the threads of control end up in someone else’s hands. A frightened person becomes pliable clay, ready to take any shape imposed from the outside.

Sometimes it feels as though an invisible thread entangles the movements of the soul. It's not always shouting, nor does it always strike the bell of awareness. More often, it’s a quiet whisper from the inner critic, pushing you to be “good enough”, “pleasant enough”, “right enough”.

Such a fabulous state — when you are confident in the Lord and confident in yourself, in your power and in your way; when the heart and soul are in a constant state of gratitude to the Lord for this way, to people for their love and support, to yourself for keeping following the way laid out by the Lord and enjoying this path, without paying attention to what you are supposed to overcome.

The Spider-Man trilogy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe still remains one of the most interesting, exciting, and most importantly — positive and inspiring parts of the MCU. Few films have portrayed teenage life as engagingly as Homecoming did, and continued the story of Peter Parker — played by fan favorite Tom Holland — in 2019 and 2021.

In 2024, it was announced that Paramount was rebooting The Naked Gun franchise — this time with Liam Neeson in the lead role. Perhaps he was chosen partly because his name sounds so similar to Nielsen’s.

In my book “The Messages” there is a special chapter called “Diligence” which tells about the very quality that brings us to the desired result. Or maybe? Now we can say that this word is a little outdated, as it has been replaced by other fashionable words, but the essence is still the same: if you want to achieve something in the activity you are engaged in, you have to be diligent in it!
